The total cost of the course is $950 (this includes the studio fee of $100). 

Please send the registration form a non-refundable deposit of $300 to reserve

your spot in the class.  The course will be limited to 4 students. 

The course is designed for students who would like a more in depth experience of the GYTROTONIC EXPANSION method or take the first step to becoming a Level 1 GYROTONIC instructor.

The material will be presented so that the student will gain knowledge of the Gyrotonic® methodology and deepen their mental as well as physical experience and understanding of the essential exercises and principles as they pertain. This course will center around preparing the student for the Level I Gyrotonic Foundation Teacher Training Course.

It is strongly recommended that the students interested in a Pre-Training Course take some private or introductory lessons on the Pulley Tower prior to enrollment.
